Biodiversity is declining at an alarming rate. Globally, monitored wildlife populations have declined by an average of about 73% since 1970. Across Uganda, rangelands, forests, wetlands, and mountain ecosystems face growing pressure from habitat loss, climate change, invasive species, and unsustainable land use.
We work alongside local communities to conserve biodiversity, restore degraded ecosystems, and strengthen the sustainable management of natural resources. By placing communities at the center of conservation, we help protect the landscapes that support people, wildlife, and livelihoods.
